Introduction:

The BS5163 gate valve is a British standard gate valve, which can be sealed in two types: soft seal and hard seal. The soft seal can compensate the deformation of the whole gate to achieve good sealing effect, and overcome the phenomenon of bad sealing, leakage or corrosion of the general gate valve. The valve has the advantages of light on/off, reliable sealing, light weight and long service life.

Application:

BS5163 gate valve can be widely used in tap water, sewage, construction, petroleum, chemical, food, medicine, textile, electric power, shipping, metallurgy, energy system and other fluid pipeline to cut off or adjust the medium flow.

Description:

1. The bottom adopts the light bottom valve seat design with the same inner diameter of the pipeline, which does not produce debris silting and seals more reliably.

2. The gate adopts high quality rubber for overall coating, advanced rubber vulcanization technology makes the gate vulcanized to ensure accurate geometric size, and the rubber and ductile iron cover firmly, not easy to fall off.

3. The valve body adopts non-toxic epoxy coating, excellent anti-corrosion performance, to prevent the secondary pollution of drinking water.

4. The valve stem adopts three O sealing rings, small friction resistance, light switch, no leakage.

5. Valve stem is made of 2CR13 material, with high strength, light weight and long service life.
